The lockdown regulations that have been put to effect due to Covid-19 outbreak has led to a momentary break of Telugu cinema releases. Many A-lister films have been put on hold and same is the case with mid-range films as well.
Incidentally, Vaishnav Tej’s ‘Uppena’, Pradeep Machiraju’s ’30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela’, and Bellamkonda Ganesh’s as-yet-untitled project are yet to see the limelight.
‘Uppena’ and ’30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela’ have wrapped up shoot and were supposed to release in March or April. Even Bellamkonda Ganesh’s film had completed majority of shoot.
The makers of ‘Uppena’ and ’30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela’ contemplated OTT releases but that wasn’t to be.
The three young heroes have been kept waiting for a long time now and it appears to be that they will have to wait even longer. It remains to be seen when their long wait will come to an end.
