Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospital after she tested positive for Coronavirus.
Confirming the same, the Singing legend’s niece Rachana said that she has mild symptoms. The 92-year-old singer is doing fine.
Rachana asked the fans and well-wishers to respect their privacy and keep Lata Mangeshkar in their prayers.
The singer’s spokesperson also confirmed the names and said, “Lata Didi has been kept in ICU under observation at the Breach Candy hospital as a precautionary measure.”
Lata Mangeshkar was earlier admitted to the hospital in November 2019 after she complained of breathing problems. Doctors are currently examining her condition and more details will be out soon.
