The thing is that several people around the world volunteered themselves to be exposed to Corona Virus, as a part of the vaccine trails. It is a fact that a drug is for someone who is Covid positive while a vaccine is a preventive care taken for someone who is Covid negative just to make sure that they won’t get it in future. As a part of human trails, a vaccine needs to be injected in Covid negative persons and later on they are purposefully exposed to Corona Virus. If they survive, the vaccine is considered to be working and if not, there is a chance for the person to die. People who are healthy and are in the young age are considered for this challenge.
The reward for the volunteers is high and the risk of losing the life too is high. As per the details, around 16000 people signed up for this challenge. Vaccine trails in parallel on the humans may speed up the vaccine release date. It is quite tough for a person to lose all of his/her life for the sake of others. If we put the money aspect aside as most of them may not be able to spend it, people who took up this challenge can be considered as the most noble ones.
