What do you think of COVID-19 AKA Corona Virus? You may know that it is dangerous and deadly if not taken care of but only a few of us know how unique this is. This COVID-19 is just another number of the SARS family but it possesses some complicated set of genomic structures which makes it difficult to find the vaccine.
If we observe, when our human body is infected with any microbe (bacterium or virus), our immunity gets activated and produces specific antibodies to fight with the foreign agent. If our antibodies win we live or else we die. It is that simple.
After the advent of extra ordinary medicine inventions, the microbes which we can’t control on our own are being treated with vaccines that contain specific antibodies to fight with the microbe successfully. Then our immune system gets used to that virus and the next time it will fight on its own with the loser microbe.
Coming to COVID-19, the people who successfully recovered from the virus are again getting infected of it and no immune system is coming to their rescue which is a very disappointing factor for the scientists at this time. In other cases, if our immune system destroys any virus, the next time there won’t be any problem with it.
This COVID-19 is a combination of SARS-1 and SARS-2 virus and its genomic structure is much complicated when compared to other viruses. So better find the vaccine to this mysterious virus as soon as possible or else a carnage is waiting for us.
