Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan congratulated his brother and Tollywood’s star actor Chiranjeevi on receiving the Indian Film Personality of the Year award.
Taking to Twitter, the Gabbar Singh actor tweeted to this effect. “Shikhara Samanalu in Telugu cinema, annayya Chiranjeevi receiving the ‘Indian Film Personality of the Year-2022’ award made me very happy. This award announced by the Government of India as part of the 53rd International Film Festival in Goa is another jewel in Annayya’s crown of glory. Heartfelt congratulations to my brother and my guide Chiranjeevi, during this blissful time. Annayya’s film career spanning over four decades is an inspiration to everyone, including me,” said Pawan Kalyan.
On the other hand, Chiranjeevi thanked the central government for presenting the award to him. The GodFather actor tweeted that he reached this level with the love of his fans. In recognition of Chiranjeevi’s services to the film industry, the central government announced the award at the ‘International Film Festival of India’ held in Goa on Sunday.
