Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently busy with shoot of Koratala Shiva’s directorial `Acharya’. The actor has three projects lined up, which include `Lucifer remake’, `Vedhalam’ remake and an original film in Bobby’s direction. This soon piqued interest among cinephiles.
He is first going to join Telugu remake of Ajith’s `Vedhalam’ directed by Meher Ramesh. Vedhalam remake will be shot in quick schedules and the creators are wanting to finish the shooting part in less than 2 months. Pre production works are going out currently and the film is produced jointly by AK Entertainments and Konidela Productions.
Apparently, the untitled project was officially launched with a pooja ceremony on eighteenth November. The producers are intending to kickstart shoot when Chiranjeevi wraps up Acharya shoot and turns accessible. It was also learnt that the makers chose Kolkatta as the backdrop for the schedule.
In the interim, our credible sources reported that Chiru suggested few changes in the movie script to make it suitable to the Telugu audience. Meher Ramesh seem to have accepted and began reworking on the script. In the original Tamil version, exploits of a taxi driver who works as a police informer has been portrayed.
Further information about the shoot date will be announced officially.
