Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) Hyderabad, which is famous for its research capabilities, mentioned that the institute might be producing the Covid-19 vaccine within 2 months.
It is known that several companies all over the world are trying to produce the drug and the vaccine for Covid-19 and Indian institutes are showing good progress in the process. CCMB Director Rakesh Mishra mentioned that the researchers are now trying on the lines of Rabies and Polio vaccine methods.
Rakesh expressed his confidence that if the trails achieve success, CCMB will be the first institute to produce the vaccine and he further stated that the researchers are 2 months close to the target.
Compared to the last 2 decades, India has improved its technical capabilities and the result is being seen in the way the nation is controlling Covid-19 spread. Lets hope that the research capabilities of India will produce the medicine for the world.
