The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) went against Andhra Pradesh government for suspending IRS officer Krishna Kishore even after serving notices to withdraw the suspension order. Claiming that the YSRCP government has crossed the line, CAT ordered to pay his pending salary immediately.
The state government suspended APEDB CEO Krishna Kishore after he was accused of issuing statements worth Rs.100 crores without the government’s approval, including misappropriation of funds. The ministry of industry and infrastructure has also submitted a report to the government on the said allegations.
Krishna Kishore was then booked under the case and was ordered not to leave Amaravati until the trial is completed. He then moved to CAT and stayed the suspension order until December 24th. The CAT has issued another order as the term came to an end today.

Meanwhile, Kishore claimed that the AP government had no authority to suspend him as he was in central service. It should be seen how will the state government tackle Krishna Kishore as it is unwilling to let him continue in his services.
