Buggana said we prepared the bill keeping in mind the future.

The much-awaited assembly session has started on an exciting note. Speaking in the House on the issue of the three capitals, Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy made some interesting remarks.

The minister said many demands are coming from sub-sectors. There is no comparison between locations. The Sivaramakrishnan committee said that Seattle should be set up on non-cultivated lands and build big cities. Ruling and development should be decentralized.

He said Shivram Krishnan Committee reported that the land in Amravati is weak. Hyderabad land has a 30-tonne carrying capacity, while Amravati has only 9 tonnes. There are a large number of farmers and porter in the Amravati region.

The minister also criticized the TDP for the formation of the Narayana Committee, while the Sivaram Krishnan Committee is still working on the issue of capital.
