Speaking at the pre-release event of Akhanda the other night, Boyapati Sreenu made an interesting revelation about Nandamuri Balakrishna’s injury.
“I am the reason why Balakrishna Garu sustained an injury. Before filming the Jai Balayya song, we held a rehearsal session and Balayya babu put in his cent percent efforts for the same. Later, he was advised to do stretching exercises in order to avoid fatigue from the dance practice. It was during the stretching when he dislocated his left shoulder,” Boyapati said.
Adding further, Boyapati said he was a bit skeptical about letting Balakrishna dance with the shoulder injury but the Nandamuri hero insisted on shooting the same.
“Balayya Babu wanted to shoot the song even while he was in pain as he wanted to enthrall his fans. Such is his love towards his fans,” Boyapati added.
