Superstar Rajinikanth is back to the celluloid with Darbar after almost a year. Directed by director AR Murugadoss, the film is based on the life of a cop, who takes up the mission to bust the drug racket in the city of Mumbai.
The film, which was released on January 9th, took a glorious opening and has been receiving positive word of mouth from the fans. According to trade reports, after 2.0, Rajini has struck gold for the second time by grossing Rs 4.51 crore at the box office.
Regardless of the talk, Rajinikanth’s film has recorded brilliant Collections. Darbar raked in Rs. 4 crore shares in Andhra-Telangana on the first day.
