BJP Minister tested positive after he receives COVAXIN..! Is it safe?

The Bharat Biotech produced COVAXIN is almost ready to get approval and the Prime Minister Modi also confirmed the same yesterday. In the mean while it is known that the Vaccine is ready for preliminary usage and in that order Haryana’s health Minister Anil Vij was vaccinated with COVAXIN on November 20.

Anil took the vaccine which was in the part of the third phase trials. However his recent corona infection has cast doubt on the reliability of the vaccine. He tweeted that he was infected with the corona virus. Those who are close to him are advised to take the test. He explained that he was currently being treated at the Civil Hospital in Ambala.

However, the same hospital vaccinated him against the corona virus on the 20th of last month. Many volunteers were vaccinated during the third stage of the corona virus vaccine. Most are young people. The covaxin vaccine was jointly developed by the Indian Biotech Indian Council of Medical Research.

So far Phase 1 and Phase 2 have been successfully completed, the company said. However, this is now being discussed as the minister himself was infected with the virus in the third phase. He was tested positive for corona virus after he was vaccinated but the Bharat Biotech gave a detailed explanation for why it has happened.

According to Bharat Biotech, the COVAXIN is effective in its two doses formulation and the gap between each dose should be 28 days. The efficacy will be stated after 14 days from the administration of the 2nd dose. Hence as per them, it is not reliable to rule out the efficacy of a vaccine at this moment.
