BJP-Janasena leaders requests CEC to change the ‘Glass’ symbol in Tirupathi ByPolls

The BJP-Janasena alliance has lodged a complaint with the CEC on the glass symbol issue. Janasena strongly objected to giving their symbol to someone else.

The allocation of the glass symbol to the Navataram Party in the Tirupati Parliament by-election is causing a great deal of controversy. The BJP took this seriously.

BJP party leaders GVL, Sunil Deodhar, and Janasena leader Nadendla Manohar lodged a complaint with the CEC. They demanded that the glass symbol given to another party should be canceled.

Nadendla Manohar questioned what was the point of giving the glass symbol to Janasena in Parishad polls and giving it to another party in Tirupati by-polls. Although Janasena supports the BJP, both parties suspect that voters may be confused by Janasena’s glass symbol. It remains to be seen how the CEC would react to the complaint.
