After Marina and Baladitya got disqualified on the previous day, as they remained with the least number of fish, Revanth-Inaya, Vasanthi-Surya, Rohit-Keerthi, Faima-Raj and Srihan-Sri Satya remained part of the captaincy task. With Geetu having found the black fish and swapping Revanth and Inaya’s fish with Srihan and Sri Satya’s fish, Srihan and Sri Satya directly got into the first captaincy task.
As part of the first task, the remaining couples were asked to come to a conclusion on who would be participating from their team, in the captaincy task. This ended up with Surya, Keerthi, Revanth and Faima being part of the captaincy task, with Srihan and Sri Satya already being a part of it. In the first task, housemates were asked to untie the rope hurdle they were given, and the first three to ring the bell first would get into the next part of the game. Keerthi, Surya and Srihan managed to untie their ropes and ring the bell first, in that order, making them the final three contestants eligible for captaincy.
In the final part of the task, the housemates were asked to stab one of the three – who they think is not fit for captaincy and state their reasons. So far, Surya got the most number of stabs, followed by Keerthi, and then followed by Srihan. More housemates remain, and it is to be seen who will ultimately become the new captain of the house.
