Bigg Boss Season 2 contestant Sanjana filed a complaint against Ashish Goud, a BJP youth leader and son of former Patancheru MLA Nandeshwar Goud, for sexually abusing her in the wee hours of Sunday. According to the reports, the incident took place at 2 a.m. at Artistry Night Club at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre in Hitech City.
According to the complaint by Sanjana, Ashish Goud along with two of his friends, misbehaved with her while they were standing at a corner of the club and listening to music. In her complaint, Sanjana said that “He acted inappropriately by forcefully holding our hands, screamed and abused us in a filthy language.”
Following her complaint, a case was registered against Goud and his friends under Section 345 (outraging the modesty of a woman) and 509 (insulting the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code. Police said that they are yet to arrest the accused persons.
Ironically, on November 30th, Ashish Goud took out a rally with school children protesting for the veterinary doctor Priyanka Reddy, who was gang-raped and murdered by four persons on Wednesday night. However, hours after protesting for the rape victim, Ashish Goud molested a young woman.
However, this is not the first time that Ashish Goud made headlines with his behavior. Earlier a criminal case is filed against Ashish Goud for kidnapping and assaulting a young lady.
