Narthanasala, which released back in 1963 stands as one of the classics in Sr NTR’s career. Incidentally, Nandamuri Balakrishna tried to remake the film several years ago with him, Soundarya, and a few other top actors in the lead roles.
However, the project was abruptly halted after the untimely demise of Soundarya. Balakrishna, who was also directing the project decided not to revive it post the demise of Soundarya as a token of respect to the legendary actress.
The latest update is that a few portions of Narthanasala which were shot back then will be releasing on ShreyasET platform. The film has 17 minutes footage and will feature Balakrishna and Soundarya.
The latest announcement from ShreyaST confirms that Narthanasala will be releasing on the 24th of October. This is leaving Balakrishna’s fans and followers really excited and understandably so.
Narthanasala will be made available for streaming on NBK Theater channel – ShreyasET platform. It will be releasing on pay-per-view basis and a portion of the collections will be used for charity purpose.
