19-year-old B.Pharma student’s alleged kidnap case at Ghatkesar had created a sensation in Telugu states. The student had fabricated a story alleging that auto drivers abducted her. Tragically, the young girl had committed suicide by taking diabetic tablets.
It is known news that the B.Pharma student claimed to have an auto driver kidnapped and raped her along with his friends. However, after the investigating, the police found that the girl removed created a rape scene to trick the police.
Due to the inconsistency in her statement, police suspected the claims of the victim and checked the CCTV cameras and cell phone tower locations as per her claims in the police statement.
Later, Commissioner of Police Mahesh M Bhagwat said that the victim to escape from her parents’ house created a play by pretending to have been abducted. He also apologised to all the suspects for the trouble and humiliation caused to them.
