Work on the historic Ayodhya Ram temple scheduled to begin in late March. If sources are to believed, the central government is fully ready to announce a trust for the construction of a Ram temple at Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya. The trust will have 11 members, including representatives of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.
If sources are to believed, then the trust will not take money from the government. It will raise money from the general public. A large-scale fundraising event will soon be unveiled nationwide.
A bank account will be opened for the purpose, and devotees will donate to that account to build the temple according to their own. Even in the case of the Somnath temple, Mahatma Gandhi insisted that the money should raise from the general public.
In Sardar Patel and the founder of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, crowd-sourcing for money also resorted.
The Dictates of the Supreme Court will form the Ayodhya Trust. The Supreme Court has said in its judgment that the disputed land in Ayodhya is of Hindus and Muslims have also been given 5 acres of land to build a mosque as compensation.
