Avanthi Srinivas sidelined by Jagan all of a sudden?

It has been a year since Jagan’s government came into ruling and there are so many analyses took place on his governance. Most prominently, the efficiency of his ministry is under the lens and most people are satisfied with them so far but there are few ministers who have underperformed and many people in the state don’t know that they are the part of Jagan’s cabinet.

Jagan already stated that he won’t spare those ministers who let his government and party down and also promised that they will be replaced immediately. He gave only 2 and a half year time period for every minster to prove their worth and only 18 months left in that deadline. It is obvious that many of the ministers will lose their posts in the future and to everyone’s surprise, it is being said that Vizag’s Avanthi Srinivas name is on that list.

The talk in YSRCP sources is that the high command is very dissatisfied with Avanti’s performance as the minister and he might be replaced with the young and energetic Gudivada Amarnath who has been very active in Visakhapatnam. Gudivada Amarnath contested in 2014 elections as MP from YSRCP and lost to Avanti Srinivas who was in TDP at that time. Later, Avanti jumped to YSRCP in 2019, contested from Bhimili, and got the Ministry.

Amarnath has been with YSRCP for a very long period and he is very close to Jagan as well. In the 2019 assembly elections, he proved his capability in a very tough constituency and has been very active in criticizing TDP all these days. Now, many people in YSRCP believe that Jagan will give the ministry to Amarnath by sidling Avanthi Srinivas for sure.
