The low-key Atmakur by-polls have hit the final leg today as the counting is being held today. As expected, the ruling party YSRC is registering a stellar lead over the BJP.
16 rounds of counting have been wrapped up till now and YCP has already barged into a massive lead.
YCP’s candidate Mekapati Vikram Reddy is winning the election with 66,477 votes following the 16th round and the lead is expected to get much bigger in the forthcoming rounds.
YCP’s closest competitor BJP’s Bharat Kumar has polled a mere 15855 votes till now. NOTA has polled 2993 votes.
