Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail petition was rejected for the third time. The 23-year-old son of King Khan was arrested by the NCB a week ago in the drugs on-cruise case.
Aryan bail request will be heard on Wednesday after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) gives its statement to the court.
The agency had asked the court to extend his custody till Friday for more time to file its reply. A lawyer for the NCB asked that Aryan be kept in their custody until Friday, but the judge rejected it and ordered that a statement be submitted Wednesday morning.
Aryan’s lawyer, meanwhile, asked for a hearing on the bail petition today. He said no drugs were found in his possession. After hearing arguments from both sides, the judge adjourned the hearing on the bail petition. With this, Aryan had to stay in jail for another three days.
