Many small and large companies have been expelling their employees by taking advantage amidst lockdown irresponsibly. It’s the real tough time for many experiencing hardships and making their livelihoods. Hence, the central government has come up with a complaint policy to assure employees. No more companies or companies should fire their employees during a this lockdown.
Incase if any employee hasn’t received his/her salary or the employers have held up salary from March. They can complain to three officers via phone or whatsapp.
