In a recent media interaction, when inquired as to why A.r Rahman doesn’t make music for more Bollywood motion pictures, he allegedly said that gossipy tidbits have been spread about him negatively. “I don’t disapprove of good films, yet I think there is a group, which, because of miscommunication, is spreading some bogus news,” Rahman said.
During the association, he likewise talked about the music he has composed for other Bollywood films apart from Dil bechara, including Rockstar, Guru and Dil se.
Quoting further about his experiences in Bollywood, he disclosed about an astonishing incident with Dil Bechara director Mukesh Chhabra. The music maestro shared that the director was told by many about him falsely and was instigated not to approach Rahman.
Rahman said “When Mukesh Chhabra came to me, I provided him four songs in two days. He told me, ‘Sir, many people weaved stories after stories against you and told not to approach you”.
Rahman raised his concerns about the rumours claiming that a gang sidelines him in not getting the right offers. But he believes in destiny and asserted that he is ready to do any good movies and welcomes the film makers to approach him.
