AP Cabinet meeting that has been on trending since morning has finally come to an end. The Andhra Pradesh government has concluded that it is not in a position to build a dream capital with Rs.1.10 lakh Crore budget.
CM Jagan Mohan Reddy has ruled out Amaravati as Capital city claiming that it is impossible to spend Rs.1 lakh Crore at a single place. He instead said that if a 10% of the budget is spent in Vishakhapatnam then the results would be magical.
Jagan has promised to build a Capital city in Vizag on par with Hyderabad. So it is clear that the CM is keen to make Vizag as executive Capital of AP, while Kurnool will be judicial and Amaravati will be confined as legislative capital.
