Another strange disease is spreading in the West Godavari district. People from Pulla village are being hospitalized.
Initially, people there thought that they were sick. But, the doctors confirmed that some of them had epileptic symptoms.
The number of victims in the Pulla village is steadily increasing. Fortunately, people are getting discharged within one or two days.
However, the officials are saying that there is nothing to panic about.
An official said that the total cases reported so far are 24 and the active cases are 3. It is reported that the doctors sent the water samples to the lab for testing.
DMHO Sunanda said the authorities have been instructed to keep the surroundings clean along with chlorination.
The affected patients in Pulla village exhibited symptoms similar to the Eluru mysterious illness such as frothing, fainting, convulsions, and vomiting.
