Amphan super cyclone devastation leaves 84 dead

Amphan super cyclone has created havoc in states like West Bengal, Odisha in Bangladesh as well. There is a huge loss of lives and property damage. 84 people died in this devastation and a lot of people are injured. Causalities come most from West Bengal, the state alone has seen 72 people died in the havoc. CM Mamatha Benarjee said that out of them 15 people belong to Kolkata.

Mamatha Benarjee has announced a compensation of 2.5 lakh rupees to the families who lost their dear ones in the Amphan super cyclone. It is such a huge devastation after almost a decade says analysts. Thousands of houses has been damaged and lots of property damage has happened.

NDRF team has started the restoration work and PM Narendra Modi has announced that there will be full support from the centre. Mamatha Benarjee requested Modi to visit the cyclone affected areas.
