Nandamuri Balakrishna has set a new personal best record with Akhanda which hit the big screens across the globe on the 2nd of December. The film has gotten off to a flying start in the Telugu states.

Total AP & TS Share: 14.62Cr. This is the highest opening for any of Balakrishna’s films till date. The film is said to have grossed as much as Rs 20 crores in the Telugu states on its opening day.
Akhanda is loaded with mass elements and it appears to be that the film has struck a chord with the target audience. The mixed reviews couldn’t contain the film’s rampage at the ticket counters.
