No one will forget the World War 2 where USA bombed Japan with 2 nuclear bombs which resulted in a complete destruction. At that time, even USA was not aware of this sort of destruction till they practically saw the output.
Later on, USA conducted nuclear tests to control the Soviet Union in the cold war. After 1992, USA stopped the nuclear tests leading the world towards a peaceful way. But now as China is showing aggressive behavior, Trump’s administration is aiming to restart their nuclear tests.
US Government is unsure whether Covid-19 is because of a natural thing or is a man made biological weapon. Trump wants to make sure that the nation is ready for any kind of move from China and hence is in the consideration of conducting nuclear tests. “How China and Russia takes up this decision of USA?” is yet to be known.
