We already reported that Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra has been arrested by Mumbai Police for his alleged involvement in creating and publishing pornographic films via online apps. The cops arrested him on Monday after his name came up in the case.
He was booked under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, Information Technology Act, and Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act at the Malwani police station on February 4, 2021.
