Mohan Babu has called for a protest rally on Friday, going against the Andhra Pradesh government, for the pending dues of fee reimbursement of the Vidyanikethan institution students.
In the past, the actor mentioned that AP government owes about Rs.19 crores of dues to Vidyanikethan and the institution has done enough trials to get the work done, but there was no response from the officials.
As the issue had turned worse, Mohan Babu had to call for a protest rally from his college to Tirupathi, with about 10000 students. But the police has objected to permit the rally, as the election code is in implementation. But as Vidyanikethan’s Chief is unwilling to compromise on the issue, the police reached out to his residence and reportedly house arrested the actor.
