Sharwanand and Rashmika Mandanna’s youthful family drama, Aadaallu Meeku Johaarlu under the direction of Kishore Tirumala is out for public viewing today. Let’s see how it works.
Story:
Chiru (Sharwanand), who in desperation to get marry meets a girl named Aadhya (Rashmika) coincidentally. Eventually, friendship blooms between them and one fine day, Chiru proposes Aadhya. But as a twist in the tale, Aadhya rejects Chiru’s proposal as her mother Vakula (Kushboo) is against male-dominated marriages. During this crucial phase, what will Chiru do to impress Aadhya and her mother Vakula? To know that, you have to watch the film in the theatres near you.
On-screen performances:
Sharwanand shined in his usual acting as a guy who is in a desperation to get married. Rashmika Mandanna is cute on screen and her chemistry with Sharwa is showcased decently. Her look and her character as a strong girl bring depth to the proceedings to an extent.
The lady gang Radika, Kushboo, Urvashi, Jhansi among others are apt in their roles. Other senior artists who played key roles are okay with their performances. Actor Ravi Shankar gave a convincing performance in the given cameo role.
Off-screen talents:
The cinematography by Sujith Sarang is good as he showcased the entire film on a colourful note. Editing work by A. Sreekar Prasad is alright but would have been even better. Devi Sri Prasad gave a decent music and the background score can be improved. Production values for this Sudhakar Cherukuri’s film are rich. Director Kishore Tirumala’s story managed to get mixed reactions from the audience.

Verdict:
In an overview, Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu is doubtlessly an old wine in a new bottle, however, the actors’ brilliant acting chops make it a passable entertainer.
