A massive fire broke out in Maharashtra. Thirteen people died in the fire accident. A fire broke out in the ICU of Vijay Vallabh Corona Hospital in Virar city in Palghar district due to a short circuit.
Twelve patients who were being treated at the hospital were burned alive in the accident. As everyone was asleep, the fires spread rapidly and the patients could escape. Staff moved the other patients to other hospitals.
Vijay Vallabh Hospital CEO Dilip Shah told the media that there were 90 patients in the hospital at the time of the accident. It is known that the second wave of coronavirus is booming in India especially in Maharashtra.
