The latest bulletin released by MGM Hospital, Chennai states that SP Balasubramaniam’s health is in extremely critical condition.
As per this bulletin, Balasubramaniam is on ECMO and other life support measures.
“His health condition in the last 24 hours has deteriorated further warranting maximal life support and he is extremely critical. The medical team is closely monitoring his condition,” the bulletin stated.
Balasubramaniam’s son, Charan recently said the former’s health has been improving and his followers breathed a sigh of relief. However, the latest bulletin comes as a shocker.
Of late, Balasubramaniam was undergoing physiotherapy to improve the functioning of his lungs. It is said that he had developed a lung infection after contracting Covid-19.
SP Balasubramaniam was admitted to MGM Hospital on August 5th. His health condition seemed to be improving a couple of weeks ago but he is in extremely critical condition now. We hope the legendary singer a speedy recovery.
