Narsapuram MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has been the hot topic in Andhra Pradesh this week as he made some serious allegations on YSRCP and intolerable comments on their supremo YS Jagan. Then, the YSRCP’s trademark attack on their parliamentary leader started. He was not attacked physically but his identical image designed as a scary toy (dishti bomma) was burned and beaten with chapels and tomatoes.
Of course, people have their right to express their frustration but that is not the problem for Krishnam Raju. He was targeted by the YSRCP social media wing too and was body-shamed in many videos and photos which made the MP go to the police and complain on many pages and people. He also submitted video recording, photo proofs, etc, to support his claims.
Yet, the police didn’t respond to Krishnam Raju which shocked him to see the police not responding well to a person in MP cadre. Raju should know that since YSRCP came into power, some people morphed the profile pictures of some social media pages with Chandra Babu Naidu and Nara Lokesh and started abusing CBN, his son Lokesh and other TDP prominent leaders in those pages. There are thousands of complaints being made on the ruling YSRCP but not even a single case has been booked by them.
The CID gave a phone number to report the cybercrime. But only YSRCP members’ complaints are being taken there and the others have been neglected. If Krishnam Raju hadn’t alleged Jagan of all the comments he made, his complaint would have been a top priority but now he has been considered as an opposition leader and there is no preference for them by justice.
