The Ye Maya Chesave actress said that she woke up around 2.30 am on the release day and was repeatedly praying over an hour for the success of the film. “Right after I got the first report online about Majili, I literally broke down and cried for half an hour. I was so relieved with the film’s a success,” said Samantha.
Majili was centered with the emotions of a guy, who got broke up with his girlfriend. Chay’s character was rugged and present day youth, connected to it well, which is what made the film a blockbuster at the box office.
