Election debates in USA are set to start and the main point opponents will have on Donald Trump’s administration is the way they handled the Covid-19 situation. The only way Donald Trump can justify his steps is by producing a vaccine before the debates start or to show the proof that USA is capable of producing the vaccine in the next few months.
Looks like USA is aiming for that and the USA’s topmost infectious disease expert, Anthony Fauci stated that the nation is in the phase of clinical trails of eight vaccine solutions at the same time. Eight patients are injected with eight different vaccine solutions at the same time and hence the clinical trails on vaccine is going in parallel fashion. USA is hopeful that one or more of these eight shots will be successful.
Trump’s administration is fast tracking the process by providing permissions on time for each step and this reduced the estimated time of vaccine development from 18 months to less than 10 months. If the trails go at this pace, Fauci says that the vaccine might be available by late fall.
