The panic and terror this COVID-19 pandemic created among the people is more dangerous than the virus. Most importantly, in our subcontinent, the people, being feared by its infection are treating the strangers and suspects with chemicals. Some people in North India are just throwing powders on the suspected people.
To curb the COVID-19 growth in the country, many people are using Sodium Hypochlorite solution on the new people. When they are questioned about this act, they are saying that it is for everyone’s good. But the Indian government has made it clear that no one can spray chemicals, powders, pesticides on the suspected or a group of people in any situation.
“Would the Virus dies with this spraying?” – is not the question here. This way of behavior is definitely not acceptable in a moral way and this directly affects the physical and mental well being of the victim. Of course, there is no evidence that spraying chemicals and pesticides can kill the COVID-19 virus.
Hence, anyone needs to do to prevent this virus is to main social distance, staying clean and tidy, wearing gloves and avoiding unnecessary contact with mouth, eyes, and nose.
