When a country like India gets hit by a pandemic, the disturbance it creates in the country’s economy and the way it destroys the morale of the people is just unexplainable. India is a developing country with more than 130 crores of population and everyone needs masks for more than two months from here.
The Government needs to provide them required masks and it is an additional burden in this economical crisis period. For the 135 crore people, 1035 crores of masks required for a week at the least.
For one month, to provide these masks for the people in the country, the Indian government needs 22,000 crore rupees including the price of the N95 makes which are being used by the medical professionals.
Especially for the supply of N95 masks among the medical professionals, the country needs 140 crores per day. Even the government manufactures and supplies these masks, there is no guarantee that the Virus gets controlled.
Even after wearing the masks, the people need to maintain hygiene and sanity and the proper handling of these masks is a must. To recycle the used masks is a far more bigger task than manufacturing them. So, India needs to come up with an innovative technique to avoid this burden.
