Going into details, Maruthi himself revealed the same in his recent media interaction. He stated that after the release of Prema Katha Chitram, Mahesh Babu asked Maruthi to come up with an interesting storyline, that suits as per his image.
Surprisingly, Maruthi did not take up Mahesh Babu’s offer as he felt that he was not ready then to direct a star hero like Mahesh Babu. At that point of time, Maruthi felt that he needs to be very careful and prepared to do a film with Mahesh babu and hence backed out.
On the work front, Maruthi is enjoying the huge success of his latest offering Prathi Roju Pandage and on the other hand, Mahesh Babu is awaiting the grand release of his most-awaited film Sarileru Neekevvaru.
