Hours after YSRCP government announced G.O. No. 938, Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan has lashed out at it. The G.O that curbs the freedom of media, has led to numerous controversies in YSR’s regime. But Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan still brought it back now and surprisingly, there is neither major uproar from the media nor the main opposition party TDP, as of yet.
But, it is Pawan Kalyan who opened up about the issue. He questioned the state government, whether the journalists should stick to just ‘news of praising them.’ He also took the examples of American talk shows, where the journalists will be allowed to criticize and crack jokes on American politicians and thus reminded the kind of freedom, politicians out of the country give the media.

On one side, Pawan is going against the AP government and on the other side, he is also set to meet Telangana Chief Minister KCR soon, to discuss about the ongoing TSRTC strike.
In the current political situation, Pawan Kalyan is the only leader, who is focusing on the issues of both the Telugu states simultaneously and is thus earning a decent amount of political mileage. Like TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu or YSRCP Chief Jagan, Pawan has no reservations to go against KCR. So the actor turned politician is using the opportunity to the best of he can.
