Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has suspended nine candidates from TDP, as all of them went to contest in the upcoming elections, without the party’s consent.
Bommanacheruvu Sriramulu in Madanapalli, A Rajagopal in Kadapa, Sarva Srinivasa Rao in Tatikonda, Phanishwari in Rampachodavaram, Khantamaneni Ravisankar in Avanigadda, N Vijayajyothi in Budhwel, M Madhava Reddy and N Vishwanatha Reddy in Tambalapalli and K Srinivasa Rao in Gajapathinagaram, have been axed from the party.
Speaking on the issue, Naidu said that he and his party is strictly against indiscipline and cannot tolerate it under any circumstances. Naidu took the credit of ensuring co-ordination and harmony among the political rivals like Kotla and KE families, Paritala and JC family and Adinarayana Reddy and Ramasubba Reddy.
Naidu further said that TDP is working its best for the development of Andhra Pradesh and assured that in the next five years, Amaravathi will surpass Hyderabad and goes on to become one of the top global cities in the world.
