The makers of Shaakuntalam held a special premiere show for the public in Hyderabad last night. The show was attended by select individuals picked by the team. The early talk from these premieres is out now and here’s a report on it.
It is understood that Allu Arha’s portion in the film is a standout. People are saying she has delivered an impressive performance and could be a star in the making.
The pre-climax portion is one of the better stretches in the film and it has enough impetus to hold the attention of the audience.
The interval episode featuring Mohan Babu has also come out well, it seems and so have the war episodes. The VFX and CGI are said to be offering a good experience on the big screens.
On the flip side, the slow narration is said to be the downside of the film. The narrative is tiring at times and that is one of the minuses.
