Earlier, YS Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter Sunitha had filed a plea in the Supreme Court, asking to transfer the case from AP to Telangana. She said the AP government is trying to influence the case.
The latest news is that the Supreme Court has approved Sunitha’s plea and passed the final order on the same a short while ago.
As per the latest ruling by the Supreme Court, the YS Viveka case has been moved from AP CBI court to Telangana CBI court. The case investigation and hearings will be taking part in Telangana from now on.
The case transfer orders were issued by the Supreme court just a few minutes ago.
