Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has tied the knot with Gurpreet Kaur in a private ceremony at his home in Chandigarh. A day after revealing the news about his wedding, the CM entered wedlock with the 32-year-old, who is a doctor.
The low-key wedding mostly featured family and relatives was also attended by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Raghav Chaddha, among others. It happened at a Gurdwara, as per the traditional Anand Karaj, in accordance with Sikh customs.
Gurpreet Kaur is the youngest of three sisters and holds an MBBS from Maharishi Markandeshwar University in Mullana, Ambala.
On the other side, Bhagwant Mann was married to Inderpreet Kaur until their divorce in 2015. They have a son and a daughter.
