The Telugu Desam Party seems to be getting worse and worse with each passing day, with its members fighting against each other and encouraging groupism at a time when their unity is the most needed. The TDP is currently in a very bad position in Andhra Pradesh and is trying its best to get the people’s trust back. However, none of the actions by its members are convincing enough to draw the people back to them.
At a time when the TDP invested a lot of its energy and time in making the Amaravati farmers yatra a success, some leaders did not show similar enthusiasm in the matter. They chose to completely stay away from the matter, the reasons for which are now reportedly being dug out by TDP leaders. While Tirupati city in charge Gali Bhanuprakash, Chandragiri in charge Pulivarthi Nani, former minister Amarnath Reddy and Nallari Kishore Kumar Reddy worked really hard to mobilize crowds for the meeting, several leaders from Tirupati and the neighbouring towns of Satyavedu and Srikalahasthi did not show any enthusiasm at all. Former MLA Sugunamma of Tirupati, Bojjala Sudheer Reddy of Srikalahasti and JD Rajasekhar of Satyavedu are being named as the leaders who gave the entire issue a side-eye.
Reports of these leaders have reportedly been sent to Chandrababu, stating that these leaders are encouraging groupism. Given that many such things are happening within the party, Chandrababu is expected to take serious action against these leaders. It is now to be seen what action will be taken against them, by Chandrababu.
