Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Narayana Swamy’s nephew Yarratota Nikhil (27) died under suspicious circumstances. His body was found in an apartment in Sullurpeta, Nellore district on Monday.
According to police, Nikhil, who lives in Korlagunta, Tirupati, has been working for Kobelco company in Tada Sricity for ten months. Unmarried Nikhil had been residing in a flat there.
Company representatives reportedly phoned another employee who was staying in the building to find out why Nikhil had not reported for work on Monday.
The incident came to light when the employee reached Nikhil’s flat. The nephew of the AP Minister was found hanging in his room, the police said. But, the opened doors of the house raised many suspicions. The police registered a complaint, and the investigation is currently underway.
