Pooja Hegde had already entered the elite list of actresses in Tollywood as she has starred alongside almost all the top stars in the industry. She is set to test her luck in Kollywood soon as she is all but confirmed to play lady lead in Vijay’s Thalapathy65.
Pooja Hegde had already principally agreed to star in the project and the latest reports suggest she has signed the dotted lines.
Apparently, Pooja Hegde is charging a career-high remuneration for Thalapathy65. She is taking home a whopping amount of Rs 3.5 crore for sharing the screen space with Vijay in the much awaited project.
Thalapathy65 is billed to be a pan-India project and the makers opine that bringing in Pooja Hegde, who is famous in Telugu industry and has also done a couple films in Bollywood will be a great addition to the lead cast. So, they paid her a massive remuneration.
Sun Pictures are bankrolling the project and Nelson Dileep Kumar who previously helmed Co-Co starring Nayanthara will be directing Thalapathy65.
Thalapathy65 will mostly be shot in Russia and China. Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in to compose the muck for the project.
