AP employees union leader Venkatarami Reddy created a sensation by saying that there is a right to kill even SEC Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar. Venkatarami Reddy, who held a press meet to comment on his remarks, made counter remarks.

Nimmagadda has been criticized for being impatient with the lack of conditions for elections in the state. He said it is flagrant that even Ramesh Kumar has no faith that elections will take place. Because according to Venkatarami Reddy, none of the employees are ready to participate in the election duties and even if the Supreme Court order to conduct elections, there is a possibility that the employees are ready to contempt Supreme Court orders until they are vaccinated.
