Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar is someone who very well knows that his work for the State Election Commission is a job that is not ruled by any other division, and that it is an independent constitutional body. As a result, from day one, he has been working in the same angel, as an honest and strict IAS officer, who is committed to his duties, and knows the laws very well.
All those who hadn’t attended the conference held by Nimmagadda, for the upcoming local elections, will be subjected to some serious actions. Everyone thought that Nimmagadda would file a petition against these people in the High Court, for not attending the conference, but Nimmagadda silently left for Hyderabad, after having waited until 5 PM. He is said to have made sure that all the technicalities of the conference were in place, and is said to have made a record of the same.
The Andhra Pradesh government had specified that it would not cooperate with the SEC until the Supreme Court gives its order, on the Special Leave petition that the government filed in the SC, about not wanting to conduct the elections any time soon. The hearing for this case is expected to take place in the Supreme Court on Monday.
It is being said that Nimmagadda is also waiting for this judgement, after which the necessary actions would be taken against all those who haven’t attended the conference, and all those who have been avoiding their duties at the SEC, in view of the upcoming elections.
