The legacy of Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao is something that remains understated, no matter how much it is stated. This is because the actor turned politician has excelled in both cinema and politics and has done deeds that continue to remain in the hearts of people till today. NTR’s 25th death anniversary was celebrated yesterday, and Lakshmi Parvati visited his grave on the occasion.
Speaking to the media, Lakshmi said that a little NTR has taken birth, and that he would continue the legacy of senior NTR. This little NTR happens to be Lakshmi Parvathi’s grandson, born to the son she had with her first husband, Harikatha exponent, Veergandham Venkata Subba Rao.
NTR already has many people claiming to uphold his legacy, right from Jr. NTR to Kalyan Ram to Taraka Ratna, and even Balakrishna’s son Mokshagna. Now, yet another joins the list, following Lakshmi Pravathi’s speech. However, this little NTR that Lakshmi has mentioned is not descended from NTR as Lakshmi and NTR did not have any children together. Hence, technically speaking, this little NTR could not be named as a potential upholder of NTR’s legacy.
Given that Lakshmi was officially married to NTR, though, it now remains to be seen how far fetched or true this claim of her’s will turn out to be.
